Payment Information
Registration paid with a credit card is the preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as a payment to Pace Group Communications Inc.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. Cancellation requests will be examined on a case-by-case basis. A request for cancellation must be submitted via email to the Organizing Team no later than March 11, 2026, by emailing wrts@pacegroup.com.
Terms and Conditions
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. At the time you register for the Summit and book your travel, you may want to consider taking out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Summit, loss of air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within the Canada, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Organizing Teams for the 2026 Wildfire Resiliency and Training Summit, cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange for their own insurance.
Photography and Image Capture
Please be advised that photographs and video will be taken at the Wildfire Resiliency and Training Summit for use in internal reporting documents and on future marketing materials and other publications. By attending the Summit, you acknowledge that your photo or likeness may be recorded and used by Summit officials without any remuneration and without any liability.
