ACCOMMODATION
A room block offering discounted rates has been established at the Fairmont Empress. Participants travelling to the event are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and booking their own accommodation.

Room block availability is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage all participants requiring accommodation to book as soon as possible.

- Room rates are based on single/double occupancy and subject to applicable taxes.
- Additional room occupants: Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $50 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is up to 4 persons, Fairmont guestroom is maximum 3 persons and Deluxe guestroom is maximum 4 persons.
- Specific room types are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
CUT-OFF DATE:
- Reservations must be made by March 6, 2026, to qualify for the above rates.

PARKING:
- Onsite parking is available: Self-parking is $37 per day. Valet parking is $51 per day.
