The Wildfire Resiliency and Training Summit acknowledges with gratitude that the event is taking place on the traditional and unceded territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees Nation and Xwsepsum Nation.
ACCOMMODATION
A room block offering discounted rates has been established at the Fairmont Empress and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria. Participants travelling to the event are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and booking their own accommodation.

Maximum occupancy per room is up to 4 persons, Fairmont guestroom is maximum 3 persons and Deluxe guestroom is maximum 4 persons.

CANCELLATIONS:
- 7 Days Cancellation Policy: One night will be charged will be charged for late cancellations and no shows.
- Early Departure Fee: At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, an Early Departure Fee will be charged equal to 50% of the room rate X every night that is booked and not used.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
