ACCOMMODATION
A room block offering discounted rates has been established at both the Best Western Plus Kamloops Hotel and Sandman Signature Kamloops Hotel. Participants travelling to the event are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and booking their own accommodation.
To book a room at a discounted rate, please see the details provided below. Please note that the room block availability is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage all participants requiring accommodation to book as soon as possible.
The Best Western Plus Kamloops Hotel is located close to the TRU Conference Centre, a 15-minute walk from the campus.
ROOM RATE:
- Double Queen Beds Room: $140.99/night + taxes & fees.
- King Bed Room: $160.99/night + taxes & fees

NOTES:
- Room rates are based on single occupancy.
- Reservations must be made by September 8, 2025 to qualify for the above rate.

- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty, by 3 pm at the latest the day before arrival, or one night room and tax will be charged.

- King Bed Room – Park View: $168/night + taxes & fees
- King Bed and Sofa Bed – Park View: $178/night + taxes & fees
